My father first started to utilize Steve for all of our Construction and Maintenance needs around 1989.In and around 1997 Steve started STL Construction and we have continued to use him and his associates for all of our construction needs.

Our property was originally built as a cow barn in the late 1800s and it has been a labor of love for us all.

Though my dad and I enjoy taking care of the lawns, cutting the grass, weed-wacking and planting the flowers,  we like to leave the rest to Steve and his guys.

Having such an old barn has been a great experiance for us but it takes alot of of TLC.

Through their efforts and hard work we have continued to operate as a fully functional horse barn.

It is a responsibility that we all take very seriously and thats why all of our Construction and Maintenance needs are in the hands of the STL crew and we have never had to revisit that issue.

The one very important aspect of there work is that Steve and his crew are always very attentive to ensuring that the work area is clean and debris free. One missed nail,screw, glass shard,petrofied wood splinter could be devistating to our operations and we have never once had to deal with that! Thankfully.

As in the past I will always recomend STL Construction for all of your barn needs

New England Equine Practice 

I first met Steve (STL) while visiting Castle Hill Farm.  At that time we were operating out of our clinic in Brewster but we were outgrowing our buildings. We contracted with STL Construction to build a new 3 bay garage and renovate our Surgery room and the two recovery rooms and add a new Isolation stall builbing and make it all work for us without us loosing the ability to work thruout the construction .There work was in my opinion over built but was exactly what the Doctor needed..Since then we have relocated to our new facility in Patterson NY and Steve and his crew were intricitly involved in its construction and addressed all of the stall finishes and Much More.being involved in the horse business as I am and having our own farm at home we have used STL Construction there also.They have repalced our roofs, resided our barns ,built us a beautifull new three bay garage with my attatched work shop,a new manure ramp near the barn and recently installed new siding on the old portion of our house. They are currently working on painting the exterior of the house and my wife and I could not be happier.

About six years ago we purchased the property on Peach Lake Road from Dr Bradley! We needed to have some changes made to make the area work for us .Dr B recomended STL Construction and we have been using them for all of our maintenance needs ever since.Being a Non for profit organisation we have always been very happy with the quality of their work and also with their willingness to work with us and our budgets.

We Truely appreciate all of the time that Steve and the STL crew have donated to us over the years ,Not charging us at all on some projects.
